Your data is yours. Servers are in the European Union, connections are encrypted, passwords are stored with bcrypt and you can turn on two-step verification. We comply with the GDPR, you can export your data whenever you like and we never share it with third parties without your consent.

From 25 official sources, including the European Commission, Eurostat, Copernicus (Sentinel-2), the International Olive Council and the national bodies of producing countries. Every public figure about the platform comes with its source.

Yes, from your account and with no lock-in. If you upgrade, the rest of the period is prorated. If you downgrade or cancel, you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.

Starter is free up to 10 ha of olive grove and includes the full farm logbook with official export, farms, machinery, team and offline use. Plus (€9.91 a month + VAT) and Professional (€19.83 a month + VAT) include 10 ha and add a fee for each extra hectare; both can be tried free for 30 days, no card needed.

Yes, on every plan. You log work in the field without signal and the app syncs by itself when the connection comes back.

Yes, from the Starter plan. Electronic recording of plant protection treatments is mandatory from 1 January 2027 and the full digital logbook —treatments, fertilisation, irrigation, field work and CAP— from 1 January 2028. It meets Royal Decree 1054/2022, as amended by RD 34/2025 and RD 1039/2025, and exports to SIEX, XML and official PDF.

Plus adds the AI treatment adviser with a monthly guide, pest alerts for your area, precision irrigation, satellite with 7 indices, the olive calendar and leases with a CAP estimator. Professional adds the ripening curve with the harvest window, the AI copilot with voice dictation, date comparison on the satellite and a year of olive oil price history.

Yes. Advisers and cooperatives manage their clients and members from the computer, with the same data the grower logs on the phone. It is quoted by portfolio or number of members.

Yes. You have 14 calendar days to withdraw from the purchase. If you have not used the service, you get everything back; if you have, the proportional part for the days of service is deducted.

You can cancel whenever you like with no penalty and keep using the service until the end of the paid period. That period is not refunded.

We process it within 14 calendar days of your request and it goes back to the payment method you used. We confirm the exact amount by email.
