3D plant and synoptic
The entire plant, navigable: reception, cleaning, milling, malaxing, extraction and cellar. Tap a machine and see its state, the batch it carries and what has happened. Lift the roof and pipes, power and conveyors appear. And if you prefer the classic diagram, the 2D synoptic shows the same plant with the same data.
From truck to tank
Weighbridge weighing, member and plot declared at intake, and the route through every machine with its times. At any moment, the batch record: where it comes from, where it has been, how much oil it gave and which tank it is in. The traceability required by Regulation (EC) 178/2002, ready to show.
The record connects received olives with the oil obtained. The complete journey preserves the batch context.
Cellar
Stock, confirmed or pending quality, oxygen, temperature and nitrogen blanketing for every tank. It warns you of quality risk before it shows in tasting and won't let a batch be transferred without its lab analysis.
Resources
Water, electricity and solar, compressed air, nitrogen and waste on a single screen. The system puts a euro figure on what is wasted — exported solar, water that could be recirculated, untreated wastewater — and tells you whether your consumption requires the EU energy audit, and by what margin.
Lab and value
Compare recipes across lines, try out setpoints and see what really drives your yield season after season. In Measured value, what the twin saves you, with the source of every euro and its projection over several seasons. And everything is kept: series, events and batches, exportable for your team or your own models.
