Why it exists
Olive oil travels a long way, and data gets lost at every step
The data that decides a season is scattered across bodies that don't talk to each other: the European Commission, Eurostat, the International Olive Council, climate agencies and national registers. Whoever has a team to gather it by hand has the edge; everyone else decides blind.
Olearia brings that information together and puts it within reach of the whole chain, from the grower to the exporter. Unlike generalist farm software, it is built only for the olive grove, the mill and the olive oil market.

From Granada
Made where olives grow
Olearia is a product of AIXA Inteligencia Artificial S.L., based in Granada: at El Carmen Innovation Hub, run by the Provincial Council, and at Breaker, the University of Granada's UGR Emprende centre.
Being close to the groves is not a slogan: it is what lets us design every tool for the way work really happens in the field, in the mill and at the sales desk.
